The unisonal vortex mechanism

In a nutshell, the unisonal vortex[uvs] mechanism works on a principle of precession[w] effect that has induced on a nested spheroidal structure of hypersphere[w].

This effect with its induced two-axis spin on a nested spheroidal structure, could form a cyclonic pair of nested free vortices in its nested viscous medium at its two poles on its primary spinning axis.

This is as a result of a centrifugal force[w] is intrinsically exerted on a main spinning axis of the vortically manifested spheroid in its nested hypersphere, which thus intrinsically formed a pair of nested forced vortex[uvs] to transform it as an oblate spheroid. The forced vortex pair is then subjected to another centrifugal force that impels the oblate spheroid from a secondary spinning axis with the orthoganality[w] of its two-axis spin, it is thus vortically transformed as a pair of nested dual-core polar vortex.

The unisonal vortex mechanism with centrifugal forces primarily exerted from two axes, interacts in a hyperspherical pushed-in gravity[uvs] on a vortically suspended spheroid to wobble and vibrate orthoganally in its two-axis spin, is universal from cosmic scale to subatomic scale. In its generalization[w], the manifested vortical forces can interact on the nested medium of viscous matter in different states of matter[w], such as Bose-Einstein condensate[w], plasma[w], gas[w], liquid[w], or liquefied crust with different density, viscosity and characteristics.

In the UVS worldview, these different types of viscous matter medium intrinsically weaved by an aether vortical motion[uvs] with its hyperspherical vortex spin fusion[uvs], are vortical collections and transformations of vortically spawned elementary particles[uvs] with various properties in homogeneous molecular clusters that exist universally, which mechanically and electromagnetically have dynamic similarity[w] in fluid principles.

The animation of a barycentric planetary model as shown on right, is for illustrating the mechanism of celestial objects with their two-axis spin, which has the potential to spawn unisonal vortices with a synergistic precession effect. The centrifugal forces from two axes interactions in the smaller suspended grey spinning celestial spheroid, are manifested by its tilted rotating and revolving motions around the bigger suspended cyan celestial spheroid. Their barycentric motions render the extrinsic torque-induced precession[w] that could spawn unisonal vortices with the spinor fields manifested in their viscous mediums, which could be mutually formed at the vertexes of their two-axis spins with their intrinsically resonated torque-free precession[w].

From the UVS perspective, the unisonal vortex is a vortically warped surface conserves with energy density[w] in the form of
nothingness that emerges in a viscous medium with its negative pressure of spinor field that accretes. It is formed on a vortically suspended spheroid of hypersphere in its medium of viscous matter as a material nothingness of vortical void.

The medium of viscous matter on the suspended spheroid in a hyperspherical pushed-in gravitational field, is subjected to its primarily two-axis spin that thus intrinsically wobbles to vibrate.

With culminated angular momentum that vortically pushes in viscous matter medium into the nested vortex center, it thus vortically pushes out to form its nested vortrex[uvs] in the form of nested ring torus[m] structure, manifested in a vortically folded back manner with the conserved angular momentum
of its nested unisonal vortex.
The schematic illustrated is a perspective for the vortical force dynamics of a dominant unisonal vortex. When a viscous medium is subjected to the precession effect of the unisonal vortex mechanism, it could form fractals of nested unisonal vortices with vortical spokes, ring torus, and vortical spiral arms structures.

The surface of the viscous matter medium in a suspended spheroid that primarily wobbles in its two-axis spin, would form with a tendency of the progressive vortical fractal arrangements, manifested within a dominant unisonal vortex that spawns its harmonics of nested vortex in all sizes at different angular phases. And it could thus intrinsically form its nested unisonal vortices that manifest towards infinities and infinitesimalities.

From the UVS perspective, the vortically resonated gravitational singularity[uvs] of a vortical hypersphere system renders the effect of its barycenter[w]. And all objects encapsulated in the nested hypersphere are vortically gyrating around their gravitational singularities in a nested manner to revolve around the gravitational singularity of the dominant vortical hypersphere system.

A unisonal vortex is always optimized for its most complex tendency in its simplest form through its path of least resistance.

Through a dominant unisonal vortex, its harmonic vortices could be formed with this vorticaly tendency by extending outwardly, and nested inwardly in its progressive vortical fractal arrangements. And evidently, numerous naturally occurred phenomena as can be empirically observed, demonstrated their underlying effects of the unisonal vortex mechanism.

From the UVS perspective, the vortical characteristics in the Cartwheel galaxy[uvs] has demonstrated a chain of satellite vortices had formed around its outer rim in its excited state, the sunspot[uvs] apparently has a chain of satellite vortices that formed as its penumbra, the nested polar vortex of Jupiter[uvs] can be observed with circular chains of satellite vortices that have had formed around the cloud bands in its polar vortex pair, and the Mars' Victoria crater[uvs] also demonstrated this vortical characteristics of manifested satellite vortices in its remnants. Typically, the natural phenomena[w] such as some galaxies[uvs], protoplanetary disks[uvs], tropical cyclones[uvs], aurorae[uvs], and oceanic whirlpools[uvs], have demonstrated the overlapping harmonic vortices of the unisonal vortex with their spiral arm structures that apparently are spiralling around their vortical centers.

Based on the UVS model, it can coherently explain cosmic evolution[uvs], and elucidates on the belief for gravity that has been thought as a pull-in force in conventional wisdom, was based on the misconception of its physical paradox[w].

The definitions for various types of vortex in the UVS treatise:

For this Universal Vortical Singularity research, it is referred to the vortices formed in nested manner on different layers, are sharing a common vortical column in a cascaded manner, and are governed by the vortical force dynamics of a unisonal vortex; a nested vortex. Unisonal vortex - A naturally occurred nested free vortex formed unisonally in its paradigm of vortical fractals. It is formed as a result of a manifested precession effect that interacts in a hyperspherical pushed-in gravitational field, acting on viscous matter of a nested suspended spheroid that wobbles on a two-axis spin. Some different types of unisonal vortices in different mediums of viscous matter, are plasmatic unisonal vortices manifested in the forms of galactic vortex, solar vortex of sunspot. Atmospheric unisonal vortices manifested in the forms of polar vortex, tropical cyclone, hurricane, cyclonic storm, clear-air vortex, dust devil, and dust storm. Free vortex - A spinning funnel shape depressed structure of a warped surface formed in a medium with a force drawing the viscous matter in a vortical movement to the bottom at the center, may or may not have a vortex eye. Unisonal vortex, satellite vortex of unisonal vortex, atmospheric vortex in the form of tornado and flame vortex, liquid vortex in the form whirlpool are free vortices. Could be naturally occurred or artificially made cyclonic or anti-cyclonic vortex.

Blind vortex - A spinning curved cone shape depression formed on the surface of a viscous matter medium, which could be impelled in a turbulence by a persistent force acting along the surface with a resonated torque-free precession. This is a free vortex without an opened vortex eye. Examples for blind vortex are tropical depressions, some weaker types of storms, clear air turbulences, and weaker atmospheric cells are in this category. It could also be interpreted as a free vortex that its vortex eye has not penetrated through the medium of viscous matter.

Forced vortex
- A spinning parabolic shaped depressed structure on surface of a viscous matter that has no vortex eye with no other forces pulling from the bottom or whatsoever. A horizontal centrifugal force would cause viscous matter to recede, causing a parabolic shaped depressed surface; spin a cup with water would cause a forced vortex to form. The atmosphere of a hemisphere solely driven by centrifugal force of Earth's rotation is a forced vortex. However, a forced vortex could have an opened vortex eye in a directly receded manner under a relative strong centrifugal force exerting from a single axis acting on a relatively limited volume of viscous matter.

Spheroidal torus vortex - A harmonically resonated toroidal vortex structure of spheroidal shape.

In a two-axis rotation of a spheroidal collection of matters, it would render as a spherical torus transformed nested structure.

The extrinsic structural spin of a steady-state nested dipole spheroidal vortex, could vortically form the bipolar force field of a nested polar vortex pair in its inner nested spindle torus structure. This effect thus vortically coalesces matter to form as a nested bipolar torus structure in the force field of its nested toroidal vortex.

In the closed system, a precessing nested toroidal vortex of viscous medium, can vortically form a nested spindle torus[m] structure with nested ring torus[m] substructures. And if a ring torus substructure with its two-axis spin collapses to consolidate by hyperspherical vortex spin fusion in the toroidal vortex, it would vortically form as a satellite spheroidal structure that revolves around its center of mass.

Vortical structures - The observable structure and substructures of vortex, as in various forms of unisonal vortex structure. Such as the torus transformed structure of a toroidal vortex, the vortex eye, the vortex column, the furrows of vortical spokes, the furrows of spiral arms, the hollowed out void in a vortical column, the spiral motion in a center seeking manner on a disc-shaped warped surface, has offspring satellite vortices. The vortical patterns also has the peculiarities of a free vortex with an elongated dual-core formation, its vortrex, the viscous matter that wobbles in a two-axis spin in a suspended spheroid where a unisonal vortex is formed, a chain of satellite vortices formed harmonically around a dominant unisonal vortex in a ring, its fictitious entity that emerges in a state of viscous matter, its toroidal vortex features such as nested shell layers, shell boundaries and et al. Do an interactive experiment to experience gyroscopic precession

To intuitively understand the torque-free precession[w] on a suspended spheroid that resonates at a focal point in viscous matter to spawn unisonal vortex, try this interactive gyroscope[w] experiment:

Generate a torque-induced precession[w] by spinning a gyroscope with a string, clasp the spinning gyroscope in your palms, and then gently rotate in a circular motion on different axis rocking it in your palms to induce its two-axis spin. The physical force dynamics of torque-free precession, could thus be brought to your cognitive sense.

Visualize your hands are a medium of viscous matter wrapping around the spinning gyroscope, and then try to feel the oscillating motion for its transferred motion that could resonate in a lighter density medium of viscous matter (vibrations with counteracting motions acting on your palms). Try to magnify the felt effect at a resonated node as much as you can, and intuitively, one could tactilely[d] grasp the effect of torque-free precession manifested at a vertex[w] in your hand with this interactive gyroscope experiment.

To physically experience the gyroscopic retrograde motion, pivot a spinning gyroscope on your finger, then cause its imbalance by tilting the spindle axis a bit. And you should be able to observe and also feel the precession cycle motion of the rotating axis that rotates in the opposite direction of the rotor rotation.

The spiral motion of any spinning celestial object moving through space, renders its gyroscopic pivoting effect on the celestial object with the inertia of its motion, the effect thus manifests its gyroscopic retrograde motion on its rotational axis.

In the UVS worldview, to contemplate on any enigmatic natural phenomenon, its counterintuitive issue has to be brought to a clear transcendental cognitive awareness. We then could be able to perceive its actuality with its visual inductive resolution[uvs], and thus intuitively resolves its enigma with ways to interact with it in its thought experiment[w]. The key is to find ways to interact in its visual thinking[w] with the perceived underlying structure to understand the counterintuitive working mechanism for resolving its cognitive paradox[d] in the conceptual framework of UVS.


A gyroscopic precession paradox

"Rotating systems exhibit some behavior that appears strange when we apply our intuition, developed for linear motion. The motion of the gyroscope shown here is an example. The silver colored rotor inside the gimbal rings is spinning rapidly about its axis. As we will see, it is the presence of the little weight, hung on one end of the axis of rotation of the spinning rotor, that causes the observed motion about the vertical axis. The animation simulates the precession effect of an imbalanced gyroscope tested in an experiment, demonstrated that after an objected is hanged at one end of the rotor's horizontal axle, instead of being pulled down by the weight of the object, it is being paradoxically lifted up and then spins around the pivoted vertical axis.

At the latitude of Paris, the pendulum's path would complete a full clockwise rotation every 30 hours; on the Southern Hemisphere it would rotate counterclockwise, and on the Equator it wouldn't revolve at all. At the South Pole, as the modern-day scientists confirmed, the period of rotation is 24 hours.

The swing of Foucault's pendulum depends on the way it is set into motion. If the pendulum is deflected by a maximal angle and then release it without an initial speed, then the pendulum would swing like it is as illustrated in this animation.

Foucault's pendulum is a scientific proof that Earth revolves on its axis; the floor where an observer stands for having this view on a localized frame of reference[w] is slowly rotating from the perspective of an external frame of reference. The period of rotation is directly related to the latitude of Earth where the pendulum is pivoted; the rotation period is in tune with Earth's rotation at the polar poles, it is longer towards lower latitude of Earth and the rotation effect is practically cancelled when it swings across both hemispheres if the pendulum is pivoted on equator.

The above Foucault pendulum simulation demonstrates the oscillation and passes twice through the arc during each period as described in Galileo's pendulum experiment.

The pendulum experiment implies that there has been exchanging of angular momentum.

The animations on right illustrates two frame of references for the clockwise rotating Foucault's pendulum in northern hemisphere with its rotating period synchronizes with Earth's rotation, in the left panel it illustrates the inertial point of view from an external frame of reference, the right panel is the co-rotating point of view at a localized frame of reference that is respective to the left panel.

From the co-rotating point of view in this localized frame of reference that illustrates a clockwise circular path for the Foucault's pendulum motion, the differential rotation of the pendulum on a counter-clockwise rotating Earth that is viewed from above can be visualized. These illustrations resolve a cognitive paradox for the oscillating motion of the pendulum in its precession cycle and illustrates a differential rotation.

What appears as curvilinear motion in the pendulum oscillation in one frame of reference, is fundamentally a translation of circular motion as a result of its underlying circumstances. The curvilinear motion from another frame of reference, is a circular motion.

All celestial objects in their primary two-axis spin are propagating in helical paths around their centers of mass. From their external reference frames, each of the helical motions, is a composition of two circular motions in a two-axis circular rotation.


Types of perpetual motion machines

Currently, there are three types of classified perpetual motion machines (PMM).

  • A perpetual motion machine of the first kind produces work without the input of energy. It thus violates the law of conservation of energy. (Note: This is a self-powered perpetual motion machine that is impossible to work according to the first law of thermodynamics.)
  • A perpetual motion machine of the second kind is a machine which spontaneously converts thermal energy into mechanical work. When the thermal energy is equivalent to the work done, this does not violate the law of conservation of energy.
  • A more obscure category is a perpetual motion machine of the third kind, usually defined as one that completely eliminates friction and other dissipative forces, to maintain motion forever (due to its mass inertia).

In the mainstream context, perpetual motion describes hypothetical machines that operate or produce useful work indefinitely and, more generally, hypothetical machines that produce more work or energy than they consume, whether they might operate indefinitely or not.

Thermodynamics drinking bird.

Note: Overunity is not absolutely required in the classical definition for the word "perpetual"; it is merely the adulterated definition in the context of thermodynamics that demands it and this renders its semantics issue. And notably, several types of open system perpetual motion phenomena can be empirically observed in superconductor, superfluid, Bose-Einstein condensate, drinking bird, vortically rotating and revolving celestial bodies.

Thermodynamics drinking bird is not considered as a perpetual motion machine in the mainstream context, this is because perpetual motion was generally thought as self-powered perpetual motion. The Thermodynamics drinking bird is nevertheless a perpetual motion machine of the second kind that is not self-powered. The dictionary meaning for perpetual could also mean indefinitely long lasting and not necessarily everlasting.

An example for the not self-powered perpetual motion machine of the third kind could be demonstrated with superfluid[w], its viscosity or friction is zero in its superfluidity state that once if a vortical motion is started, it would not stop by itself; it has the ability to flow without dissipating energy. The motion of Earth moving around the barycenter of the Solar System could be considered as a not self-powered PMM of the third kind that is naturally manifested.

According to thermodynamics, perpetual motion machine of the third kind with friction of zero is impossible to physically attain, and accordingly to fluid mechanics if viscosity of fluid is zero then Renolds number would become infinite that suggest infinite vorticity for vortical motion. Nonetheless, superfluid was empirically observed to have zero value for viscosity or friction. Moreover, the Bose-Einstein condensate of sodium atoms was cooled to absolute zero in a stop light experiment, and this an impossible feat according to the third law of thermodynamics. In the science of thermodynamics, Bose-Einstein condensate was considered as a novelty state of matter; its is not a normal matter where the universal laws of thermodynamics is applicable.

After a motion is induced and thus forms a vortex in superfluid, the vortex would not stop by itself; this is a perpetual vortical motion. This is not a hypothetical object or its phenomenon was unreal, and as a matter of fact, superfluid was used for a high-precision measuring instrument with gyroscopes housed in superfluid helium in the Gravity Probe B project.

A not self-powered perpetual motion machine of the fourth kind would be the one that completely eliminates electrical resistance. An example for this is superconductor[w] that its resistance is zero and therefore electric current flowing in a loop of superconducting wire can persist indefinitely with no power source.

In direct current resistive circuits, electrical power is calculated using Joule's law: P = VI, where P is the electric power, V the potential difference, and I the electric current. In the case of resistive (Ohmic, or linear) loads, Joule's law can be combined with Ohm's law (I = V/R) to produce alternative expressions for the dissipated power: P= I²R = V²/R², where R is the electrical resistance. Superconductor does not obey the laws of electic power otherwise its power would be infinite, which is not possible and this was not empirically observed at all for superconductor.

If the equation for a universal law of physics cannot explain reality with its mathematical construct, it is not the reality is incorrect.

From the UVS perspective, a cyclonic storm is a naturally created not self-powered perpetual motion machine of the fifth kind.

Author's note: When I was awakened to the idea of a vortical universe in May 2007 as a layperson, and subsequently have had developed the model of Universal Vortical Singularity (UVS model) by associating it with other academic studies for its formalization, I did not know at all that any of such vortex theory had ever existed. This was until Jim Mash (Author of "Fluid Energy theory") had first brought the Cartesian vortex cosmology by Rene Descartes to my attention in June 2008, and later was aware of Walter Russell Cosmogony after Dean Ward and Allen Barrow brought Walter Russell to my attention in Oct 2008. A modern era publication that had categorically summarized the numerous studies and researches for spirals of nature as recorded in various era, presented in "From cosmic whirl to vortices" by Vladimir B. Ginzburg, later came to my attention in June 2009. These were after the vortical universe concept for UVS was already quite developed with 138 UVS predications. Even then, UVS still has its uniqueness among these other vortex theories for its visual inductive resolutions on numerous enigmatic natural phenomena with the UVS research methodology. June 2009.
