From the UVS perspective, the phenomenon of the axial precession of the Earth, is perturbed by a two-body barycentric orbital motion of the barycenter of the Solar System and the barycenter of the Sirius binary star system. This suggests that the barycenter of the Solar System, among other perturbations, is also gyrating with the barycenter of the Sirius binary star system. As such, all Solar System objects should thus be subjected to the precession cyle that retrogrades with the motion of the Sirius binary star system.

From the UVS perspective, the hypothetical Planet X[w] that could have perturbed Uranus enough to account for its orbital irregularities, might be caused by the interstellar barycenter of the Sirius binary star system barycenter and the barycenter of the Solar System[uvs]; Planet X might be a miniature black hole[uvs].

In the cognitive paradox of a Sun-centric Solar System model, the mystery of Planet X would not be resolvable.

This could explain why Percival Lowell or anyone looking for a planetary object would not be able to find the Planet X.

A better chance to find Planet X is by applying the gravitational lensing method to hunt for a miniature black hole at its expected barycentric location, which could then be detected with its refractions of the stars that are known to be within the Milky Way, or with other known deep space objects.
